Who We Are

This portal is operated by Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC (“Ziggi’s Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the exclusive use of Ziggi’s Coffee franchise owners and operators. Its sole purpose is to collect and consolidate financial reporting data from franchisee QuickBooks Online accounts for internal corporate analysis and franchise network performance reporting.

What Data We Access

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account through this portal, we request read-only access to the following data:

• Profit & Loss reports — monthly revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating expenses, and net income
• Balance Sheet reports — assets, liabilities, and equity balances
• Transaction records — individual financial transactions including invoices, payments, bills, and journal entries

We access only financial accounting data necessary for franchise performance reporting. We do not access customer records, employee information, payroll data, bank login credentials, or any data outside the scope of standard financial reporting.

How We Use Your Data

Financial data collected through this integration is used exclusively for:

• Monthly franchise financial performance reporting to Ziggi’s Coffee corporate leadership
• Benchmarking and performance analysis across the Ziggi’s Coffee franchise network
• Identification of financial trends, outliers, and opportunities for franchisee support
• Compliance with franchise agreement financial reporting obligations

Your financial data is never sold, licensed, or shared with third parties outside of Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC and is used solely for internal franchise network management purposes. Individual store financial data is never shared with or made visible to other franchisees — franchisees do not have access to the reporting system and cannot view the financial data of any other location. Within Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC reporting, store-level data is accessible to authorized corporate personnel only, for the purposes of performance management and network benchmarking.

Data Storage and Security

Your financial data is stored in a private, access-controlled data warehouse operated by Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC. Access is restricted to authorized corporate personnel only.

The digital authorization that allows us to access your QuickBooks account is encrypted and stored securely. These tokens allow read-only access and cannot be used to make changes to your QuickBooks account. Tokens are automatically refreshed on a regular basis and expire if unused.

We use Intuit’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization framework. Your QuickBooks username and password are never transmitted to or stored by Ziggi’s Coffee. Authentication is handled entirely by Intuit.

Data Retention

Financial data is retained for the duration of your franchise agreement with Ziggi’s Coffee, plus any period required by applicable financial recordkeeping regulations. Ziggi’s Coffee may archive your data following termination of your franchise agreement, according to the terms of your franchise agreement.

Your Rights and Revoking Access

You may disconnect your QuickBooks account from this integration at any time through either of the following methods:

• Contact Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC directly at the address below to request disconnection
• Revoke access within your QuickBooks Online account under Apps > My Apps — find “Ziggi’s Coffee Financial Integration” and select Disconnect

Revoking access will stop all future data collection. Previously collected data will be retained per the retention policy described above.

Changes to This Policy

Ziggi’s Coffee may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to franchise owners via the standard franchise communications channels. Continued use of the QuickBooks integration following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This policy was last updated in May 2026.
