Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this portal and completing the QuickBooks Online connection process, you (“Franchisee”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and your franchise entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with the QuickBooks connection.

These Terms of Use are in addition to, and do not supersede, any obligations set forth in your Franchise Agreement with Ziggi’s Coffee.

Purpose and Permitted Use

This portal exists for the sole purpose of connecting your QuickBooks Online account to the Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC financial reporting system. It is provided exclusively for use by:

• Active Ziggi’s Coffee franchisees who have received a connection invitation from Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC
• Authorized representatives of franchise entities acting with proper authority to connect the franchisee’s QuickBooks account

Use of this portal for any purpose other than connecting your QuickBooks account for franchise reporting is not permitted.

Authorization You Are Granting

By completing the connection process, you authorize Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC to:

• Access financial data from your QuickBooks Online account on a recurring monthly basis
• Read Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheet reports, and transaction records from your QuickBooks account
• Store and process this financial data in Ziggi’s Coffee corporate systems for reporting and benchmarking purposes
• Retain OAuth authorization tokens that allow ongoing read-only access to your QuickBooks account

This authorization is read-only. Ziggi’s Coffee will not create, modify, or delete any data within your QuickBooks account. Your QuickBooks credentials are never shared with or stored by Ziggi’s Coffee — authentication is handled entirely by Intuit’s secure OAuth system.

Franchisee Obligations

By using this portal, you represent and agree that:

• You are authorized to grant access to the QuickBooks Online account being connected
• The QuickBooks account you are connecting belongs to the Ziggi’s Coffee franchise entity identified in your invitation
• You will maintain accurate and complete financial records in QuickBooks consistent with your Franchise Agreement obligations
• You will notify Ziggi’s Coffee corporate if your QuickBooks account changes, is closed, or if you believe the connection has been compromised
• You will not attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or interfere with this portal or the data collection process

Onboarding Link Security

Your connection invitation is delivered via a unique, single-use link sent to you directly by Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC. This link is personal to your franchise and should not be shared with others.

Ziggi’s Coffee will never ask you to share your QuickBooks username or password via email, phone, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your QuickBooks credentials from anyone claiming to represent Ziggi’s Coffee, do not comply and contact corporate immediately.

Availability and Modifications

Ziggi’s Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this portal or the QuickBooks integration at any time, with reasonable notice to affected franchisees except where circumstances require immediate action.

Ziggi’s Coffee also reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the integration following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms were last updated in May 2026.

Limitation of Liability

This portal is provided as an operational tool for franchise financial reporting. Ziggi’s Coffee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of this portal.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ziggi’s Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this portal, provided that Ziggi’s Coffee has taken reasonable precautions to maintain the security and availability of the integration.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, consistent with the governing law provisions of the Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise Agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles.
